Mastic KOVA KL-5 wall is a 2-component water-based mastic that has many outstanding physical properties that conventional mastics do not have, especially abrasion resistance, waterproofing ability, used to smooth surfaces. or to seal cracks for concrete, cement mortar before applying industrial paint EPOXY KOVA KL-5 wall.

Applicable surfaces: Concrete, cement mortar, brick surfaces.
Theoretical norm: 1.0 – 1.2m2/kg (for 2 layers), depending on thickness and material surface
CONSTRUCTION INSTRUCTIONS
SURFACE PREPARATION
- All surfaces must be dry and free of dirt, grease, moss, lime, old paint.
- For new walls or new foundations, it takes at least 12-15 days for the cement structure to stabilize before applying mastic.
- If the weather is too dry, it is necessary to moisten the wall or floor with a roller or damp cloth before application.
CONSTRUCTION
- Step 1 : Stir thoroughly the mastic ingredients, then add all the additives and stir again. Let stand 3-5 minutes for the additive to react and stir again. Water can be added to thicken the consistency.
- Step 2 : Apply 2 layers of mastic KOVA KL-5 wall. Each class is spaced at least 6 hours apart. Allow to dry, then use sandpaper to sand flat, clean dust. Allow to dry for at least 24 hours before applying industrial paint EPOXY KOVA KL-5. Mastic KOVA KL-5 flooring will reach maximum hardness after 7 days.

The mastic must be used up within 45 minutes of mixing the two ingredients, after which time the mastic will solidify. Where to apply mastic mix there.
