PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
KOVA CT-08 multi-purpose industrial paint is a special coating with high toughness and durability, which can cover many types of surfaces of tennis courts, badminton courts, multi-purpose sports courts, running track. canals, roads in the park, corridors of indoor and outdoor villas, terraces, bonsai gardens, helipads.

PRODUCT INFORMATION
Applicable surface:Concrete floor, cement mortar, asphalt Theoretical norm: Non-rough surface: 3.5 – 4.5m2/kg (for 2 layers), depending on the surface of the material.
CONSTRUCTION INSTRUCTIONS
SURFACE PREPARATION
All surfaces must be dry and free of dirt, grease, moss, lime, old paint.
For new concrete foundation: it takes at least 21 days for the structure to stabilize before painting. Apply 2 coats of KOVA CT-11A waterproofing agent (6 – 8 hours apart), let dry for 48 hours or apply 2 – 3 coats of SK-6 moisture resistant mastic (6 – 8 hours apart) Leave to dry for 12-24 hours, rub flat with sandpaper, blow off dust.
CONSTRUCTION
Step 1:Stir the paint bucket thoroughly. If the paint bucket is thick, you can add 5-10% of clean water to the consistency depending on temperature and humidity. Paint must be stirred before application
Step 2:Use roller, brush or spray gun to apply 2 coats to the surface. Let the first coat dry after 8-12 hours, then apply a second coat. Paint film reaches absolute hardness after 7 days.
NOTE
Waterproofing with CT-11A and leveling of floor, cement or concrete surfaces with SK-6 is required.
Apply on a sunny day, the surface temperature does not exceed 350°C.
When applying, it is recommended to carry out a complete rolling of an area to avoid the situation that one area has different drying times. The speed of rolling or sweeping should not be too fast or too slow, to avoid air bubbles under the coats of paint.
Avoid coating too thick (because it is easy to crack the paint film), do not mix paint too thin

The working environment must be well ventilated. Avoid contact with skin or eyes. Wear gloves, masks and eye protection while working. In case of eye contact, wash with plenty of clean water and consult a doctor immediately. Please refer to the latest technical and safety documentation before use.
